In 2022 I was hired as the Digital and Design manager for Zarraffa’s Coffee, at their headquarters in Eagleby, south of Brisbane. During my time here I substantially developed my print design knowledge through InDesign, working through an entire price increase and multiple promotions. I also recruited and managed full and part time staff and was point of contact for external agencies.

Zarraffa’s is built as a franchise company so there were a lot of small, template based print requests to service the 70+ stores in the group. For the seasonal promotions, there was a good deal of concepting and pitching of these concepts. Subsequently there was organising photoshoots and finalising assets to send to print.
The print design work included billboards, direct mail, brochures, menus, posters, signage, window displays and menus. Much of this was in production, working with the print services companies.
